eForms Wizard is a sales and risk management system that simplifies the submission process for agents, insurance companies and other third parties. Producers can input data once and share across ACORD, Carrier and Agency unique forms. With the integration of the IRMI glossary of termsTM embedded at the form field level, producers can consult with clients and ensure that they are collecting the right data. eForms Wizard was designed with XML and AL3 standards so information can easily be shared with carriers and other systems.
Incomplete data at point of sale? No problem. With eForms Wizard, you can share editable application packages that marketing and account managers can edit, save and quickly send as a secure pdf to underwriters or MGA's and wholesalers.. Working offline line? No problem. AVYST eForms Wizard allows you to work with an application package and submit it once you are back online.

The AVYST referral submission platform will make it easy for your sales team and referral partners to submit new prospects. Upon entering the referral, basic information is added so that your agency can reach out to the prospect and learn more about their needs. AVYST generates automated emails to inform your partners of the status of their referrals as the prospect progresses through the agency’s application process. And since you know where your referrals are coming from and what business is closing, you learn who your best referral sources are.
