How long have you been with your firm and what’s your role there?
I started part time January 1974 working my way through college.
If you have a niche market that you’re involved with, how did you get started in that niche?
Risk Management Consulting for Municipalities. I found myself answering questions for accounts I didn’t represent!
What is your favorite part about working in the insurance industry?
The satisfaction of helping a client recover after a loss.
What is your proudest moment in serving a client?
Having a pollution claim paid for a Municipality after they were told by an adjuster that there was no coverage.
What are 3 key words you’d use to describe what you do?
Help people sleep.
How would you describe your productivity before and after using eForms Wizard?
eForms Wizard makes me more efficient and allows me to quickly make changes to forms which leads to more professional submissions that are neatly completed and much more attractive to underwriters. During this pandemic, many contractors are going out on their own and it’s a breeze to do ACORD 125, 126 & 140 to send off to underwriters quickly. Many start out as liability and property-only risks. When they add business auto or work comp, eForms Wizard makes it easy to add those apps at a later date without having to re-enter any client info.
What is something most people don’t know about you – maybe a unique hobby or interest?
I am more bashful than most people believe.
What does an ideal weekend look like?
Spending time on the River with family and friends.

Who’s your favorite Super Hero, and why?
Batman, because it’s a great interview answer.
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
Paris – great bread, cheese, wine and pastries!
What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
Milking cows.
